Licensed for 150 people (100 seated for a meal)
Large kitchen with domestic cooker, fridge-freezer, heated trolley, heated cabinet, Burco microwave and large serving hatch.
150 stacking chairs and 37 tables in 3 different sizes (6ft x 2.5ft, 4ft x 2.5ft and 3ft x 2.5ft)
100 sets of cups, saucers, tea plates, dinner plates, bowls, knives, forks, dessert spoons, soup spoons and teaspoons
Warm air heating, sprung maple wood floor, hearing aid induction loop (which operates through the public address system) and moveable partitions (which can be used as room dividers and/or for display purposes)
The Hall is on one level and facilities for the disabled include an entrance ramp and specially equipped WC
A bar is available operated by the Sharnbrook Playing Fields Social Club.
How to Hire the Hall
Simply click the booking request button below and complete the online registration form. Please note that this does not guarantee your booking. The Committee maintains the hall primarily for the benefit of Sharnbrook residents and priority will be given to considering these requests. If you live outside Sharnbrook then we will require an explanation as to why you wish to hire this hall.
Once we’ve received your booking request we shall contact you to confirm whether your booking has been successful. The Committee reserves the right to refuse any booking request without explanation
